Drop Db/C#, haven't done anything in that tuning for a while. Pretty much all of my heaviest riffs were done in that tuning haha. This song came together pretty quick too, I think I wrote the riffs in like an hour. More time goes into the drums and mixing than actually writing/playing..haha.

That's right bro, took the guitar down 2 full steps with the touch of a button. I'd still like to get a 7-string just to see the difference the Pitch Glide makes. Its only noticeable if you sustain a chord, but for Djenty tight riffing you wouldn't really notice.

It definitely stands out among my other songs, I'm actually using chords for once haha. But, I made up the chords as I went and found out what they were after I played them haha. I'm starting to like standard E tuning a lot more now, I rarely play any drop tunings now. You can try and put a few leads on it, but I've got a couple people in mind that I'd like to hear what they could come up with. Just haven't asked anyone yet haha.

Having the HD 500 makes recording fun again haha, I'm getting the sounds I've always wanted. There's so many effects and shit its insane. That tone is very Metallica-like, when I listen back to it, its pretty crazy. I'm loving Superior 2.0 right now, finally getting the right sounds out of it.

Overall, I really enjoyed this track, it reminds me of a mix between classic Metallica and classic Exodus. And of course, the lyrics remind me of Slayer for sure, haha.
